Modern living is demanding. Human beings all over the world are rushing, doing, and STRESSING day in and day out. When our plates are overwhelmingly filled with 'doing', it is little surprise when our personal cups start to feel empty at the end of the day. Surrendering hobbies and play to lethargy and burnout has become commonplace.
