About Me

Greetings friend!  I am Stefanie Robin, the practitioner behind Fill Your Cup Yoga. 

My personal wellness is the foundation of my life today but that hasn't always been the case.  In truth, my shadow self has run the show during many periods of my life.  Who is my shadow self?  Jealous, prone to addiction and deeply closed off from connection to others.  Not a joyful space to call home!

Moving forward in life when you feel stuck means making  changes and confronting things that make us uncomfortable.  Committing to a self-care practice that includes elements of Yoga Asana, Ayurveda, and Meditation has helped me to navigate discomfort and gain strength not just physically but emotionally and spiritually as well.   These practices have profoundly changed my life.

I am a 200-hr level certified yoga instructor, healthy cooking enthusiast and artist.  I am interested in and inspired by nature, art, music and history.  Connect with me today to take your health and happiness to the next level.  


My Philosophy

Modern life allows more obstacles than access to self-love and it is my strong belief that investing in our physical and emotional well-being allows us to access the personal power that lies within every living organism on this planet. 


Consumer culture tricks us into thinking we are not enough until we own x, y and z.  Diet culture is tricks us into thinking there is only one type of desirable body.  Our minds distort the reality of our own reflections.  It's no wonder so many of us go through life nurturing limited beliefs about our value and toxic relationships with our bodies. 

We are born with a powerful energy within each of us.  When we become unbalanced, that energy cannot flow efficiently, causing us to forget who we really are.
